Are my conversations with Clarience confidential?

Clarience is designed as a private professional development experience.

Your individual coaching conversations are not shared with your manager or organization as part of their normal use of Clarience. SIGMA may access conversation information when necessary to operate, support, evaluate, protect, or improve the product in accordance with applicable privacy terms and policies.

Your organization may receive permitted usage or aggregated information about the program, but this is separate from the content of your individual coaching conversations.
