How Do I Update My Account Information?

Update Account Information

1. From the Your Account page, click on EDIT ACCOUNT. This will take you to the Edit Account Information page.
2. From this page, you will be able to make changes to your contact name, company, address, email and phone.
3. Once you have made the necessary changes, click on SAVE.
4. To make changes to the qualified individual on your account, or provide additional qualification details to receive a higher Qualifications Level, complete the Test User Qualifications form. Be sure to provide details regarding the changes that are required on your account as part of the form submission.
