The full SigmaRadius contains 51 competencies. Administering all 51 competencies provides a extensive 360 degree feedback; however, it does take raters longer to complete the assessment and the report can be quite long as well.
While this report provides in-depth detail regarding a wide-range of competencies, some customers prefer to narrow down the competencies and focus on specific competencies.
SIGMA offers the SIGMARadius Benchmarking Service to focus on the competencies that are most important for your organization and leadership roles.
The process of customizing SIGMARadius with the SIGMARadius Benchmarking Service involves:
- Speaking with a SIGMA representative to identify the competencies that work best for your organization and/or specific roles that you intend on using the SigmaRadius.
- Depending on your needs, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within your company may also be needed to help determine your benchmarks.
