I'm getting an error in my account, how can I fix it?

There are a few things you can do internally to check the system before reaching out to SIGMA support. 

1) Ensure a number of key URLs are added to your "allow list" or "whitelist"

2) Run the 'Profiler'. If any of the entries return as yellow or red, please send a screenshot of the page to SIGMA support
