Test Taker Re-entry Process
This video provides a detailed explanation of the re-entry process for test takers who may need to stop their assessment during a testing session. It emphasizes the importance of jotting down the re-entry code given at the beginning of the session, as it enables test takers to resume where they left off. Additionally, it highlights that administrators have access to the re-entry code in case a test taker forgets to record it.
Report Generation
Generating reports is a critical task for test administrators and educators. In this video, we explain the three different methods for generating reports in SAC.
Firstly, you can simply click on the box next to the respondent's name and select the PDF button. This will initiate the download of a PDF report.
Secondly, by clicking on the test taker's name, you can quickly view a summary of their individual results. From there, you also have the option to generate a PDF report.
Lastly, you can download a CSV file. However, please note that for this option, the batch must be marked as complete. Once the batch is closed, the CSV button will appear. Clicking on it will generate all the complete reports and provide the results in a downloadable spreadsheet.
By following these methods, you will have no trouble generating the reports you need in SAC.
