What are the Rater Categories in the 360 Assessment?

Rater Categories in SigmaRadius.com

The following are the 4 relationship category options for raters within the SigmaRadius 360 Assessment.

1. Leader – The Target's current supervisor
2. Colleague – Individual at the same level as the Target in the organization
3. Direct/Indirect Report – Individual the Target supervises either directly or indirectly
4. Other – Any individual who is familiar with the Target's performance in a leadership role and who they feel could provide useful feedback

Please Note:

In the SigmaRadius 360 report, ratings are grouped by the rater's relationship to the target - whether the rater is the target's leader, a colleague of the target, reports to the target, or best fits into the optional "other" category. Because the relationship category to which a rater is assigned plays a role in the scoring of the 360 instrument, and because the relationship category also plays a role in the confidentiality settings, the relationship category is locked once the rater begins providing feedback.
